Orders totaling less than $100 will have shipping charges calculated in your cart and checkout.
Need it sooner? 2nd Day and Next Day shipping are available for in-stock items on orders placed before 6pm EST. Expedited shipping rates are calculated in your cart and checkout.

At any time after your order is placed you can call Customer Service at 866-269-6617 to get complete
information on your order.
You will receive an email notification with shipper and tracking information once
your order is shipped. Most orders are normally shipped within 24-48
hours of the order being placed.
If available on your order, expedited shipping rates will show in your cart and checkout.

All in-stock, expedited orders placed before 6pm EST will normally be shipped out the same day. If, for some reason, an item will not leave our warehouse the same day, we will contact you with the current status and make alternate arrangements if needed.
If you would like to expedite your order after you have completed your order on
our website. You can contact customer service to upgrade your shipping as
long as your order has not shipped.
If the item is in stock when the order is placed you should receive the order
within 7-9 business days. It is important to understand that delivery times
can vary. This is because we are dependent on outside delivery agents such
as FedEx who do not guarantee their delivery schedules.
Please do not schedule contractors until your products arrive. National Builder
Supply will never be responsible for any time guarantees in shipping, and we cannot
and will not be responsible for any inconvenience or any monetary loss, penalty,
or extra charge incurred by our customers should any delivery take longer than anticipated.
That being said, we strive to provide accurate lead times and timely updates should
any lead time estimate change. We value our customers, appreciate their business,
and will do everything in our power to serve you well.
Items Not In Stock
If you order an item that is not in stock then we will contact you via email within
48 hours of the order being placed. The email will contain an estimated delivery
date, and an explanation for the delay.
Sales Tax & Currency
We do not collect sales tax on any item purchased from WeSellToto.com,
except in the state of Georgia. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
When you place an order with NationalBuilderSupply.com we want to make sure you get exactly what you want. So instead of charging 15-20 percent, like most of our competitors, we charge a flat $15 to return any number of items in your order. We charge this fee to help cover the costs we incur when shipping your products.
You are responsible for the return ground shipping and/or freight shipping costs.
Here are our guidelines for returns:
All general returns must be setup within 30 days from the day you receive your product.
All items returned must be in original packaging
The product must be free from defects and/or scratches
Merchandise cannot have been installed
There cannot be any writing or labels on the item packaging
All items must have an assigned Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number affixed to or written on the return shipping box. To obtain a RGA number, simply give us a call. ** Items returned without a RGA number may delay credit.
Any items returned in a condition that does not allow for it to be resold (such as previously installed, or otherwise damaged) the product will be held for the customer to pick up for 90 days.

Cancellations & Changes To Open Orders
Any order can be canceled or changed as long as the order has not been shipped.

Order Receiving / Product Inspections / Shipping Damage
Most items that are below 150 lbs. will be FedEx (this is mainly
for single porcelain orders, faucets, washlets, etc). Your order will be secured
inside a box and packaged to where it should withstand any handling damage free.
If your order falls with in this qualification then there will be no delivery appointment
and the shipping company can leave without a signature.
Any order that is over 150 lbs. will be shipped via LTL trucking companies such
as FedEx Freight and Saia . Your orders will be secured on a pallet,
shrink wrapped, bubble wrapped and banded. You will also be contacted with a phone
call by the local trucking dispatch to set up a delivery window.
WHEN YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED TO YOU THE RECEIVEING INSTRUCTIONS ARE VERY SIMPLE:
1. Do not sign for this shipment until you have thoroughly inspected inside and outside
of each box for any damage.
Shipper is not responsible for shipments that are not signed for as damaged upon
2. If an item is damaged, please refuse delivery of that particular item and accept
delivery of the undamaged goods. For instance, if a tank is cracked and a bowl is
in good condition, please refuse the tank with a note on the freight bill and accept
the bowl. It is easier for us to ship you a tank instead of the entire order again.
IN ANY CASE OF DAMAGE, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE DAMAGE IS NOTED ON THE FREIGHT
BILL AND ONLY THE DAMAGED ITEMS ARE REFUSED.
3. If the product is delivered without signature you must call 866-269-6617 within
48 hours of the product being received to report the damage.
4. Once the damaged product is handled as stated above, please contact Customer Service
and we will ship out an in-stock replacement product the next day.
Please understand that less than 1% of our shipments are damaged, and we go to the
greatest lengths to prevent any problems. However, if you do not follow the instructions
above, National Builder Supply cannot warranty the damaged product.
Wrong Products Received
If you are shipped a different product than you ordered. Please contact us when
you receive the product. We will provide an RGA number an instructions on
how and where to ship the items back. We will pay for the freight back and
ship the correct product freight free of charge.
All credits are issued within five business of National Builder Supply receipt of
the items returned. If you have any questions about the status of your return
please contact our customer service department.
If the product you receive has manufacturing defects, Contact us within 48 hours
of receiving the product and we will replace the item. We will issue an RGA and
give instructions to ship back. Products returned as defective which are found not
to be defective are subject to a 25% handling charge. If the item is a non-returnable
item, no credit will be issued for the return of the product. The customer will
be responsible for shipping charges going back to the customer.

Have you found a better price on a competitor’s site? We’ll do our best to match their price! To satisfy the Price Match Guarantee simply email or call us with the URL of where you found the item cheaper. We’ll verify the source and check our cost to see if we can match their qualification.
Terms and Conditions:
The price match must be on a new, in stock item from an authorized merchant selling the exact same make and model to be purchased at NationalBuilderSupply.com. The Price Match Guarantee applies to the total price of the purchase, including any shipping, handling or taxes. Not valid on quantity discounts, clearance pricing, auction pricing or membership program pricing (eBay/Overstock sites).
Price Match Guarantee only applies to new purchases and cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.
Unit Cost Minimum Price Exception
National Builder Supply reserves the right to refuse to sell a product below our cost to purchase the product from the manufacturer.
While we attempt to screen any irrelevant or offensive content from all customer submitted reviews, we can not guarantee this type of information will always be filtered completely. Charging Your Credit Card
The charge on your credit card statement will show as National Builder Supply.

* Your card will not be charged if you cancel your order PRIOR TO the end of business on the day of the purchase
* If you cancel your order AFTER end of business on the day of the purchase, a credit will be issued to your card and will normally show back on your card within 48 hours.
